These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of www.vicsticketskapparis.com (the “Site”) and to any booking, enquiry, or arrangement you make with Vic’s Tickets Kapparis (“we”, “us”, “our”), based at Kennedy Avenue 41, Kapparis, Paralimni 5296, Cyprus. By using the Site or making a booking with us, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
Vic’s Tickets Kapparis is a local ticket and excursion booking agency covering Protaras, Kapparis, Pernera and, where possible, Ayia Napa. We help visitors and residents find and book boat trips, excursions, tours, shows, theme park and waterpark tickets, and related activities. Our advisory and booking service is free, and we’re available by phone 24/7.
Our role as a booking agent
For most activities listed on this Site, we act as a local booking agent connecting you with independent third-party operators, such as boat companies, tour providers, taxi services, and entertainment venues. Each activity is ultimately provided, staffed, and operated by that third party, under their own terms, safety standards, and conditions.
Where we act purely as agent, your contract for the activity itself is with the operator providing it, not with us. We take reasonable care in recommending and arranging activities on your behalf, but we don’t control how the operator delivers the activity on the day.
Bookings and payment
We don’t take payments through this website. Bookings are arranged by phone, WhatsApp, or in person, and payment is made directly to us or to the relevant operator, depending on the activity, following the payment method agreed at the time of booking.
Some activities (for example, Fly Cyprus paramotor flights) may be booked with a deposit, with the balance paid nearer the date. Where a deposit or advance payment applies to a specific activity, this will be confirmed with you when you book.
Changes, cancellations and weather
Many of our activities, particularly boat trips, cruises, and paramotor flights, are weather-dependent and take place outdoors. If weather or sea conditions on the day are not safe or suitable, the operator may need to reschedule or cancel your activity. We’ll do our best to help you find an alternative date or activity where possible.
We ask that you give us reasonable flexibility on your preferred dates, particularly for weather-sensitive activities, and that you provide accurate contact details so we can reach you promptly about any changes.
Cancellation terms (including any non-refundable deposits) vary by operator and activity, and will be explained to you at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or change a booking, contact us as early as possible so we can liaise with the relevant operator on your behalf.
Transport and taxis
We have an arrangement with a local taxi service offering favourable rates for getting to and from boat trips in the local area. This transport needs to be pre-booked, ideally at the same time as your boat trip booking. Taxi transport is provided by an independent third party, and any issues relating to the transport itself should be addressed with that provider.
Your responsibilities
When booking through us, please:
- Provide accurate information about your group size, dates, and any relevant requirements (such as health, mobility, or dietary needs) that could affect your suitability for a particular activity.
- Arrive on time at the agreed meeting point, as late arrival may mean you miss the activity.
- Follow the safety instructions and rules given by the operator running the activity, including any age, health, or weight restrictions specific to that activity (for example, on paramotor flights or watersports).
Liability
We take care in recommending reputable local operators, but we are not the operator of most activities booked through us, and we are not responsible for how a third-party operator conducts their activity, for the condition of their vehicles, boats, or equipment, or for injury, loss, or damage arising during the activity itself. Your recourse for issues arising during an activity will generally be with the operator that provided it.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather, sea conditions, mechanical issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Cyprus law.

The content on this Site, including descriptions, images, and pricing information, is provided for general guidance and may change without notice. While we try to keep information accurate and up to date, activity availability, pricing, and details are ultimately confirmed with us or the relevant operator at the time of booking.
Reviews and feedback
We welcome feedback and reviews via TripAdvisor and Trustpilot. Any reviews or comments you post on third-party platforms are your own views and are subject to that platform’s own terms.
Changes to these Terms

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts.
